During this secondment, with the assistance of the NADIS Ph.D. student and the
analysts of the lab, I analyzed different adipocyte samples using the mass spectrometry. This includes 3D adipocyte spheroids and white adipose tissue samples. I have learned how to prepare samples for the mass spectrometry analysis and how to interpret the results obtained from this device.
Living in Amsterdam has been fun. I was staying in a student hotel, which allowed me to meet more international people under the same roof. Additionally, the city is vibrant with life and always has activities to offer.
